Is western policy stoking up more tension in Somalia?

British Prime Minister David Cameron claimed that instability in Somalia posses a direct threat to Britain and that is why he has called for the meeting on Somalia.

Somali lawmakers, however, argue that the British government is trying to impose colonial authority in Somalia by planning the one-day event that hosts representatives from 40 countries.
